What is a good quesadilla machine?
Could someone recommend a good quesadilla maker? Brand / link / # product? I love quesadillas, but they are very difficult to make in a skillet.
I've never had a problem with taking on a stove. Try this method: First make sure that you are using a skillet large enough. Butter one side of the tortilla Preheat skillet over medium / medium high. Put your filling on one side of the tortilla, then fold. Transfer to oven and press the top of the quesadilla with a spatula for a few seconds. Then wait until the first team and turn it brown.
