3 / 4 cup flavored bread crumbs to
1 tablespoon Romano cheese

1 / 4-1 / 3 cup olive oil
16 slices Italian bread – Copa twice the diameter slices of cheese – toasted
Preparation
Mix bread crumbs flavored together, Romano cheese, salt – to taste, and black pepper – to taste. Place in a container capable of containing the mixture and set aside.
Place eggs in small bowl for dipping like. Coat both sides of slices of cheese goat with the egg mixture. Then, dip in egg coating cheese bread crumb mixture on top and bottom, then place in a covered tray with wax paper. Repeat these steps for the remaining slices of cheese and place dish in the freezer for 15 minutes or until the cheese business-ups.
