Have you ever said, just give me a night's sleep, please!
The shades are drawn, the eyes are open, while the night passed quickly, and your mind becomes the problem of insomnia! Yes, that terrible moment when we know that tomorrow will soon have to face the day with drowsiness, bad thoughts and emotional disorders. Not only that, but because we are bone tired and irritable, things that usually irritate us are magnified.
We need our 7 or 8 hours sleep to be rejuvenated mentally, emotionally and physically, to remain young, alert and balanced.
Sleep deprivation combined the constant "drip, drip, drip" these daily stressors that seemingly small tend to accumulate and are more harmful to our health and wellness major producers of stress time time.
A few simple things you can do to get a good sleep:
Do you sleep with someone who snores?
Sleeping with someone who snores can remain deprived of sleep and feeling tired and irritable the day next. Snoring occurs when soft tissues around the external air Narrows interfere with breathing. Have the person sleeping on the side can help to reduce the amount of airway collapse. Getting yourself a pair of earplugs can not hurt! Try putting a few drops of Grass Marjoram, in pillow.
A more serious cause of snoring is sleep apnea. This occurs when there is severe restrictions on crossing routes breathing, which leads to oxygen deprivation. The airway is limited, in some cases, breathing is reduced to half its normal. The person has difficulty breathing, and when they finally do so, open the airway with a loud snort. People with sleep apnea are not able to enter REM sleep, sleep deep and restful we all need. Obesity is known that the most common factor in sleep apnea. Sleep apnea should be a problem, your doctor can diagnose and possibly prescribe a C-PAP machine to help you get a good night.
